%O 解説：羅臼式土器は、縄文時代中期末から後期前葉の道東部に分布する北筒式土器のうちの、新手のグループに属する。口縁部に肥厚帯がない点や、口縁部から体部に施された縄文のなかに細い磨消帯が横にめぐっている点などが特徴となる。

%O Comment：Rausu type pottery belongs to the latter group of Hokuto pottery, which spread throughout eastern Hokkaido from the end of the Middle Jomon to the early Late Jomon period. The key features are that the rim is not thickened and that there is a cord-marking decoration with thin erased bands from the rim to the body.
