内容記述: Non-essential building must stop in order to win the war.The War Industries Broad has called upon the Pennsylvania Council of National Defense to act as its representative in passing upon proposed construction in order that building which is not absolutely necessary may be postponed for the period of the war.Material men are pledged not to supply materials for work that is not approved by the War Industries Board.Persons having buildings under construction, contemplating new construction, are requested to call at headquarters of the Pennsylvania Council of National Defense where full information will be given in regard to permits for essential work.The full requirements of victorious American armies can be provided only through the strictest economies in war materials, labor, fuel, transportation and food.Loyal Americans will cheerfully submit to all regulations necessary to win the war.B.
