資料の解説

渋江終吉筆の原稿を鴎外が1冊に綴じた本。『渋江抽斎』の資料となった。鴎外による朱筆の書入れが見られる。終吉は抽斎の息子である脩の子。「略伝」は明治2年(1869)から41年(1908)までの脩の履歴であり、「渋江脩ノ履歴」、「家族関係」に分かれる。「句鈔」には「吟月作句」の題が付され、吟月と号した脩の句240を収める。句の一部は、『渋江抽斎』その百十一に抄出されている。(出)
