鴎外の晩年に作られた、私的な雑記帳。ほぼ鴎外自筆だが、一部別筆。大正6年~9年の4年間(1917-1920)にわたっている。内容は人名録や年譜、系図、用語集、語句の傍訓などが主で、図や絵なども多く書き込まれている。『松江式延喜式傍訓』、『菊桐御章考』、『白河燕談抄』、『拾芥抄』、『椎実筆』、『栗里先生雑著』、『桂林漫録』などの書名も見られ、これらの本から抄写した部分もあると思われる。鴎外の幅広い興味を窺わせる資料である。(神)
