資料の解説

北条霞亭に関連する資料を1冊に綴じた本。一部に謄写版の資料を含む。『北条霞亭』の資料となった。大正5年(1916)11月28日島田青峰宛書簡で鴎外が依頼した、「北条御一家ノ戒名歿年歿時ノ齢」の書抜きや、『北条霞亭』その三に、「福田禄太郎さんの手より許多の系譜、行状、墓表等の謄本を贈られた」とあるが、それらの資料をまとめたものが本書であると思われる。秋荘老人・横山廉次郎・浜野知三郎らの来翰が付されている。(出)
