鴎外の自筆による、『小島宝素』の基礎資料。内容は、弘化3年(1846)9月に宝素が幕府に提出した「先祖書」、慶応4年(1868)4月に宝素の四男春澳が幕府に提出した「親類書」と「遠類書」である。『伊沢蘭軒』その二百二には、「宝素の裔小嶋杲一さんに乞うて小嶋氏の由緒書を借抄することを得」と記されている。大正5年(1916)6月7日付の渋江保宛書簡には、「春庵春沂由緒書ノ写シ今少シと相成候」とあるので、本書はこのころの成立と考えられる。(出)
