The Endangered Languages Digital Archive

The University of Tokyo Library system, Uehiro Project for the Asian Research Library (U-PARL), has launched "The Endangered Languages Digital Archive."

Currently, more than 2,000 languages around the world are facing the risk of extinction. Language has been a crucial factor in the development of humankind, and it is our responsibility to document these languages and preserve the trajectory of human progress for future generations.

To achieve this, we are compiling research conducted by experts in endangered languages into a digital database, forming the "Endangered Languages Digital Archive."

As the first collection in this initiative, we have released data on Shor, an endangered language spoken in southern Siberia.

東京大学東洋文化研究所が所蔵する、東アジア地域最大のアラビア文字写本群「ダイバー・コレクション」の再構築プロジェクトの公開サイトです。附属図書館アジア研究図書館上廣倫理財団寄付研究部門（U-PARL）によって構築されています。

Hyakkiyakozu [Parade of Hundreds of Demons]

総合図書館所蔵の「百鬼夜行図」の公開サイトで、この絵巻では鬼や化け物たちが練り歩く様子がコミカルに描かれています。

Imperial University of Tokyo

明治時代の東京帝国大学を撮影した写真帖の公開サイトです。総合図書館で所蔵する「明治33(1900)年版」と「明治33(1904)年版」の2種類を閲覧することができます。

Image Database of Annals of the Joesen Dynasty, Formerly Held by The University of Tokyo General Library

朝鮮王朝時代の基本資料である「朝鮮王朝実録」(五台山本）のうち、総合図書館で所蔵していた47冊分(現在は国立ソウル大学校に移管済)の公開サイトです。

Ishimoto Mishio Collection

地震研究所第2代所長・石本巳四雄氏が収集した、災害に関するかわら版や錦絵などから成る資料群です。（旧サイト名「地震火災版画張交帖」）

Kishu Kumanoura Shogeinozu [Whales at Kishu Kumano Bay]

博物学者である田中芳男氏(1838年-1916年)が、3種類の捕鯨図を貼り合わせて作成したと言われる「（享保八年）紀州熊野浦諸鯨之圖」の公開サイトです。鯨のほか、サメやマンボウなども描かれています。

Old and Rare Documents of the Mizuno Family (Documents Formerly Held by Mizuno Tadamoto)

紀州徳川家の附家老であった水野家が所蔵していた古文書類のうち、明治33(1900)年に水野家第十代当主忠幹(ただもと)から南葵文庫に寄贈された資料の公開サイトです。

東京大学の学術成果物を集積し広く一般に配信するサイトです。

The University of Tokyo Doctorial Dissertation Database

東京大学で授与された、新制の課程博士論文、論文博士論文の書誌事項と要旨のデータベースです。（平成25年度以降に学位を授与された博士論文はUTokyo Repositoryに登録されています。）

Catalog of Chinese Books Held in General Library

南葵文庫をはじめとして、総合図書館に所蔵される総数約一万点の漢籍について整理、編集した目録の公開サイトです。

Database for the Tengyur of Tibet Buddhist Canon (Nathan Edition)

総合図書館に所蔵されている「チベット大蔵経（ナルタン版・テンギュル）」のカード目録データベースです。

Matsu no Sakae [Marriage of the Shogun's daughter to the Kaga Family]

総合図書館の貴重書「松乃栄」の公開サイトです。この資料は、文政10(1827)年に徳川第11代将軍家斉の第21女・溶姫が加賀藩第13代藩主前田斉泰に輿入れしたときの様子を、三代歌川国貞が想像を交えて描いた錦絵です。

Kyuseishuzo [Statue of the Savior]

総合図書館の貴重書「救世主像」の公開サイトです。礼拝用聖画として代表的な図像の一つで、左手に十字架のついた珠を持ち、右手で祝福を与えるキリスト像が描かれています。

Catalogue of the Kawaguchi-Takakusu Collection of Sanskrit manuscripts. Note-book

総合図書館の貴重図書「松濤ノート」の公開サイトです。松濤誠廉（まつなみせいれん）九州大学元教授が、1936年から1944年にかけ、東京大学附属図書館で所蔵されているサンスクリット古写本を調査した際の直筆ノートです。

Tanaka Yoshio, Natural History Collection

総合図書館所蔵の田中芳男文庫のうち、『?拾帖』『外国?拾帖』『博物帖』などの公開サイトです。

Huang-Ming tiaofa shileizuan Digital Archive

総合図書館の貴重図書「皇明條法事類纂」の公開サイトです。明代中期の条例（皇帝の判断に基づく法令や先例）を事案ごとに分類してまとめた貴重な写本で、本館以外には存在が確認されていない天下の孤本です。

総合図書館の貴重図書のうち、マイクロフィルム撮影された古典籍約70点を公開しているサイトです。
