朝鮮人児童に日本語の教科書で朝鮮の歴史をどう教えるかという会議案を印刷したものであり、「厳秘」の印が押してある。巻頭には、鴎外の筆で「教科用図書調査委員会」「朝鮮用」と記され、傍線、字句訂正のほか、朝鮮の王の名前が朱筆で書入れられている。なお、本書は浅見倫太郎による朝鮮の歴史と地理を記した「国史ノ扶韓事蹟」という草稿と合冊されている。浅見倫太郎は朝鮮の法律研究家で大正5(1916)年に日朝共同の古蹟調査に参加した人物。これには「宮内省」「大八」と印字された用箋が使われているが、こちらは鴎外の筆ではない。(神)
