解説:写真26の骨塚をさらに掘り下げた際の様子。写真手前が奥壁側。この骨塚からは、クマ7個体分、タヌキ8個体分の下顎骨のほか、キツネ、オットセイ、ワモンアザラシの骨や、鳥類・魚類の骨、土器片、石器・骨角器などが出土した。

comment:Bone mound excavated further than as shown in Photograph 26. The front of the photograph is the innermost area. In this bone mound, the jawbones of seven brown bears (Ursus arctos), eight raccoon dogs (Nyctereutes procyonoides), and other animal bones including fox (Vulpes vulpes schrencki), fur seal (Callorhinus ursinus), ringed seal (Phoca hispida), birds, and fish, pottery fragments, as well as stone, bone and antler artifacts were found.
