新しく付加された表紙の中央上部に、墨で「夕顔」と記される（表紙は2/6/18と同じ）。朱書きで節付けと、末尾に「天正拾三年後八月吉日於遠州鬼若書之。宗節シヤウク写也」と奥書が記される。鬼若は、身愛の幼名。
