内容記述・解説/Description：第二次大戦中、アメリカが不足に悩んだ軍需物資のひとつはゴムであった。原産地の東南アジアが日本の支配下に入ったためである。これはスペア用を含めて5本のタイヤを残して余分なものは「アンクル・サム」、すなわち合州国に売るよう呼びかけている。
