解説: 幣舞式土器は丸底の器形が特徴で、深鉢形や浅鉢形のほか、舟形などの特殊な器形も見られる。文様は、口縁部に横方向にめぐる縄線文や沈線文が特徴で、この例では沈線文の間に縄線文が施され、その上下に刺突文がめぐっている。

Comment:The key feature of Nusamai type pottery is the round bottom and, in addition, there are some unique forms such as a boat-shaped form as well as a deep bowl and a shallow bowl. Usually, the side impressions of cord- and incised-lines run crosswise, and here the cord impression is applied between the incised lines, and above and below them there is a row of puncture marks.
