全丁鴎外の自筆によるノート。軍隊の所在地表、尺貫法からグラム・メートル法への換算表、日清戦争の死傷者数、摂氏から華氏への換算表など、軍務に用いる情報を記したもの。ノートの末部には、「野戦衛生勤務連繋ノ大要」などの図表が貼りつけられている。ドイツ語によるメモもみられ、西洋の軍事技術に通じる軍医としての鴎外の一面を見ることができる。(渋)
