解説:内耳土器は、内面に吊り下げ用の耳を持つ土鍋で、鉄鍋を模してつくられたと考えられている。北海道では13世紀〜15世紀頃にかけて製作されたもので、この時期のアイヌ文化を特徴づける遺物の一つに位置づけられている。

Comment:Interior-lug (Naiji) pottery, pottery with lugs in the interior for hanging strings, is considered to be an imitation of iron pans. In Hokkaido, it was created during the thirteenth to the fifteenth century, and it is one of the distinctive artifacts of the Ainu culture of this period.
