解説：縄文時代中期末から後期前葉の道東部に分布する北筒式土器のうちの、古手のグループに位置づけられる土器で、トコロ6類土器の標式資料である。円筒形の器形は、東北北部・道南部の円筒土器文化から引き継がれたものである。

Comment：Typical example of Tokoro-6-rui, the older group of Hokuto type pottery, which was distributed throughout eastern Hokkaido from the end of the Middle Jomon period to the early Late Jomon period. The cylindrical form was inherited from the Series of Ento type pottery in southern Hokkaido and northern Tohoku.
